1.Domain Registration

• Domain registration on your behalf. Most companies offering free domain generally register it in their name and so if you don’t continue their package, you may lose your domain or pay additional charges for domain transfer.
• What we do is to register the domain on your behalf and provide you the details. You would be the rightful legal holder of the domain, we would manage it for free for you for the period agreed upon.
• The starter package includes registration for .com,.net, .org, .us, .biz, .info, .eu only. For other high priced domain extensions you will have to pay us the difference.

2. Four Month free Hosting (Joomla 1.0.12 compatible)

• Upon completion of four months, if you are satisfied with the hosting service, we will help you in purchasing independent hosting space.
• If you have any reservation with the hosting service, we will still provide free help in searching for a hosting solution to suit your needs and budget.
• Ofcourse, we would shift your complete site with database to new hosting space too with minimum down time.

3. 5 email ids

• We would provide 5 email ids with email forwarder to your email addresses (default).
• These may later be converted to POP3 enabled mail accounts provided given an assurance that the email accounts in question would not be used for illegal activities or for spamming. Our hosting providers have zero tolerance for such behaviors.
• Following completion of our hosting offer, we would provide guidance in managing and administrating email services for your domain, if you decide to move over to another hosting provider.

4. Joomla installation

• We will install and perform basic configuration settings for Joomla CMS onto your domain. Tell us what basic features you want and we will provide them and prepare the menu systems accordingly.
• If at an later stage you feel that your site needs professional help, you can choose to upgrade to our starter package at a flat fees of $80 or can request for specific addons on nominal charges. Trust us, we wont charge you heavily for simple things, we might even do it for free.

5. Development and configurations

• If a desired feature has commercial tag attached, you will have to bear the cost and you would retain the ownership of all commercial extensions purchased for your portal(after all you paid for it).
• We assure you that we will not use your commercial application onto any other domain.

6. Template

During the preparation phase we will provide you with links to free templates and you can choose any/many of them and we will
install them for you with a nice logo.

7. SEF implementation.

Basic search engine friendly URL’s (SEF) would be implemented into your project for free. However, if you wish to have advanced SEF implementation, you will have to pay us the addon costing.

8. Custom Logo

• We would provide pleasing site logo based on your idea’s.
• If you ever did not like the logo we may help you find better designers to design it for you (you will have to negotiate with them on your own). No we donot take commission in such cases from such designer’s.

Miscellaneous points

• We will not be maintaining records of personal or login details for any client once the site is handed over to clients. It is client’s responsibility to change and protect their username or passwords.
• Our offers are aimed at Joomla beginners, at any point we may feel that the work being proposed is from a well established Joomla developer, we will pull out of the project and refund the money after deducting the expenses.
• We would like to put the client’s website into our showcase, however, the client can choose otherwise.
• We would appreciate a link back to our site onto finished products; however, it would never be part of proposal.
• We also provide easy “pack and move site” backup solutions on all our finished portals.
• Price is negotiable depending incase the client just wish for few options out of the options stated above. We might even do it for free.
• In case the client’s expectations are way beyond the stated package, the cost will be mutually agreed upon during active chatting.
• Please remember we are here to help and we charge so that we can pay our bills and maintain our family.

How to proceed?

• Expect a mail from us within 24 hrs with rough draft of our proposal for your requirements with chat details. We prefer active chatting (msn, skype and gtalk only) with clients, to have a broader idea of requirements/goals and to finalize the proposal with a mutually agreed timeframe.
• We will takeup the projects only if they fall within the basic package category, incase you are looking for features requiring advanced feature we would suggest upgrading to our starter package.
• Content generation remains the liability of the client. However, we would try to assist in all the ways to personalize the content on the front page.
